Jeffrey Campbell Wonder Platform Booties
Like a Stevie Nicks-ified JC Lita, the Jeffrey Campbell Wonder has boho glamour in spades. With a antique bootie silhouette, an open lace-up front and high platform heels – these shoes are magic.
The Wonder platforms come in some killer color and fabric options perfect for gypsy style. The Wine Velvet Wonder is a favorite, with a crushed velvet finish in a rich burgundy red color with a hint of purple. These have a vintage gothic feel but with their towering wood high heels and cool shape, they feel modern. The lace up shows some skin on the front. The heels are about 5″ tall with 2″ platforms similar in height to the Lita booties. The red wine velvet Wonders come in sizes 5.5 up to size 9.5

Here are a few ideas of what to wear with the Wonder booties. I love them dresses, short and long. A maxi dress would be dreamy too – this one by 12th St by Cynthia Vincent is one of my favorites of the season. It’s good with flats, sandals and boots but with the JC Wonder booties, it gets an extra romantic boost. This vintage 80s prom style dress in red wine velvet is a good match for the velvet or black paisley Wonder lace ups.

The Wonder ankle boots are also terrific with a pair of lace bell bottoms. A t-shirt, flowy tank, kimono, cami or other layers on top and your boots and you’ve got a killer outfit with gypsy spirit.
