Unlike Lana or the ubiquitous Lita and some of the more crazy Jeffrey Campbell creations lately, the Sherman is conservative by comparison but still has that edge and avant-garde appeal to keep things interesting. I loved them at full price and love them even more now that the Sherman booties by JC are on sale.

I really like the Sherman booties in this bright coral melon suede. The color is warm and fresh and feels kind of 70s and sunny. It’s one you could wear with a lot of outfits. Sherman has a heel cutout, is open toe and laces up but has a zipper on the inside so they are easy to get on and off. They have a 4.5″ stacked wood block heel (the heel has amazing detail!), and a 1″ platform. The heel detail is like a little work of art and looks cool from all angles. It is a similar heel to that on the Taupe Jeffrey Campbell Grayson Booties. I prefer the Sherman but the taupe Grayson is a nice option for spring as well.
