Jeffrey Campbell Kole Zipper Booties

Major swoon worthy booties come in the form of tons of stacked zippers in the Jeffrey Campbell Kole Booties.

Now I thought the black Kole with gold zippers was good – and then I saw this one. The silver zipper Kole booties won me over and as far as I’m concerned are ‘the new’. The white and silver feels really fresh and perfect for spring. If you wear tons of black or are a gold gal, then the others may just make more sense but for me – silver and white!

The Kole open toe platforms are something else. With a black canvas backdrop – the gold zipper teeth are the star on these edgy and off-the-beaten-path booties. The well placed zipper teeth layered into this artistic pattern become an optical illusion. At first, you don’t know what you are looking at – it just looks cool. Then, when you realize it is all zippers – it is pretty genius.

These towering ankle boots are amazing for a night out or for everyday if you like to make a statement. The Kole ankle booties are 5″ tall with beautiful wood heels with an open heel and an open toe. A two inch wood platform makes the Jeffrey Campbell Kole manageable. In a very Jeffrey Campbell sihouette – the Kole Zip booties are striking. The upper is leather and these ankle boots aren’t for lightweights – no doubt those zipper panels make the shoes heavy so be prepared to have a little extra weight on your feet when wearing something this fabulous.

The JC Kole platforms look amazing with austere and modern clothing pieces – a body con dress, an avant-garde drapey get up in all black. They also look incredible with jeans, and fantastic with shorts for spring and summer. A pair of black tap shorts, a simple tank, and the Kole booties are all you need for a stellar outfit with almost no effort. I also want to wear the Kole platform heels with harem pants to really showcase them.

It’s drapey, it’s sexy, it looks primal and raw but really sophisticated which is kind of the vibe I get from the Kole ankle boots with zippers making them a really nice fit. The dress comes in taupe and in black and you can wear it with a belt, or loose and draped – it’s a perfect simple dress that you can make special with your shoes and accessories. I also love the For Love and Lemons Pedro Capelet Dress – so good! I think this is perfection worn with the Jeffrey Campbell Kole zip heels.

I also really like this Runaways dress by StyleStalker – it’s simple with just the right vintage like touches to make it feel like you walking out of the 1960s. The Kole boots will make it modern and edgy but it would be an incredible dress to wear with just about any shoes from sandals to wedges, heels to booties. Timeless and seasonless The low back and detail are particularly noteworthy as are the lovely bell sleeves. You could also wear a draped or simple thin tank or t-shirt with a pair of skinnies or patterned leggings or trousers with the Kole booties for a really simple cool look.
